Windows Phone Mango-powered HTC Titan and Radar now official
HTC’s Windows Phone Mango-powered handsets the Titan and the Radar have now been officially announced by the Taiwanese phone giant. The Titan is a monster of a smartphone. The Radar caters more to portability.
The HTC Titan sports a massive 4.7 inch Super LCD touchscreen. It looks like every manufacturer is coming up with hybrid devices. Hybrids are crosses between smartphones and tablets.
This monstrous device will pack a powerful 1.5 GHz Snapdragon chipset under the hood. This is similar to the processor found on the HTC Flyer. This will offer outstanding power and performance. Aside from a powerful single-core processor, it will sport an 8 MP camera.
With a 4.7 inch touchscreen, bulk may be a problem. However, with a thickness of 9.9 mm, you can easily put it away in your pocket.
If you’re looking for a more portable Windows Phone mango-powered handset, the HTC Radar will not disappoint. It sports a 3.8 inch touchscreen, which will fit easily in your shirt pocket.
It comes packed with a 1 GHz processor under the hood. This offers enough power and performance for getting the job done.
It looks like HTC beat Nokia to the punch. Now Nokia has come up with Windows Phone Mango handsets that can compete with the HTC Titan and HTC Radar.
