Motorola RAZR and RAZR Maxx Ice Cream Sandwich update coming soon

On Motorola’s website, details of the improvements Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) will bring to its Motorola Droid RAZR (Motorola RAZR in the UK) and Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx (Motorola RAZR Maxx in the UK) have been published. This suggests that the ICS update will be rolling out to the two smartphones soon.

On another report, according to PhoneArena, Verizon has spilled the beans on its website, which details the update for both the RAZR and RAZR Maxx as a 354MB over-the-air download. This means that the update can take anywhere from 20 to 70 minutes depending on the connection speed. Of course, it is recommended that you download the update via Wi-Fi.

Can’t wait to get Ice Cream Sandwich running on your Motorola RAZR or RAZR Maxx? We’ll keep you posted the update goes live.
