Final Fantasy For iPhone Delayed Until July
There are numerous iPhone gamers that have been waiting for the coming of Final Fantasy Tactics (an iOS version of the highly popular video game). However, you may wait a bit longer. The game will not be arriving to iOS smartphones like the iPhone 4 on its expected release date.
The game was originally set to be available for the iPhone on June. However, it somehow hit a snag. We are now on the first week of July and the game is still missing in action.
This news may be disappointing. However, there is a reason behind the delay. According to the game developer’s Facebook page, the reason for the delay is additional features. This includes an auto save feature while in battle. This is ideal when other iPhone functions interrupt game play, which gets in the way of gaining a level.
On Facebook, the developer said, “If you get a phone call, the game will be automatically saved and you can get back to the game immediately. Honestly…it took much time to add this function. It made the dev team exhausted.”
It looks like there were a few snags along the way, but at least their troubles are now over. Final Fantasy Tactics is said to be arriving to the iPhone this July and its iPad version will be arriving a month after.
