At the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, the Korean tech giant announced the success of the 5.3-inch Galaxy Note. The company announced that it has sold 10 million units of the Note around the world since the device’s launch.
The surprising success of the Note has inspired the Korean firm to create more versions of the popular ‘phablet’. It has recently unveiled the 10.1-inch version of the device and is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 2 in IFA, which will be kicking off on the 29th of August in Berlin, Germany.
Leaked images of the Note 2 sent to GSMArena shows the device looking like a blown up version of the Galaxy S3. It is rumoured to sport a 5.5-inch display and a 1.6GHz quad-core processor.
