CNET reports that Apple sent ‘menacing’ (according to Samsung) letters to retailers, warning them against selling banned Samsung products before the ban was stayed.
Apple sent a letter to two retailers in California concerning the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. The letter reads, “Apple thus believes that the order extends to you because you may be selling, offering to sell, or importing the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computer.
“Please comply with the order by ceasing immediately to engage in any of the specified acts (e.g., importing, offering to sell, or selling within the United States) in connection with the Galaxy Tab 10.1.”
FOSS Patents reports that another letter was sent out to retailers on selling the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The letter was sent three days before the ban in the US was stayed.
Honestly, Apple should just focus on creating more innovative devices rather than trying to ban its rival’s products. It’s starting to look as if Apple’s only option to get ahead of the competition is to file one injunction after another.

Ummm….apple has finally gone crazy and is now well, as they say
rotten to the dual core
