According to Variety, Ashton Kutcher is to take the role of Steve Jobs in a movie that will be called “Jobs”.
If you don’t know Kutcher, he is mostly known for playing the good looking idiot in the sitcom “That 70s Show”. Currently, he replaced Charlie Sheen in another TV series “Two and a Half Men”. He is also known for his relationship with Demi Moore who is now his ex-wife.
From the image above, you will see the resemblance between Kutcher and Jobs. However, we’re not exactly sure how a comedian fits playing the role of Jobs, who was known for having a flair for the dramatic. Although jobs was known for changing the way we look at technology with devices such as the iPhone 4 and the iPad 2, he was also known to have a wild side. The young Jobs roamed the streets of India and experimented with the drug LSD. This is where Kutcher fits the role. However, it remains to be seen if the actor is capable of depicting Jobs in the more serious stages of the CEO’s life such as getting fired by the company he founded and dealing with cancer.
