The Gingerbread-powered HTC Rhyme will be landing in the UK on the 17th of October. It will be exclusively distributed by O2. The phone will be coming in the color purple. It will also come packed with a number of accessories.
The handset was known in the past as the Bliss. It was first seen in a gray, silver, and white color scheme, which didn’t look anything out of the ordinary. With a purple color scheme, it does look more attractive.
The Rhyme will sport a 3.7 inch touchscreen and a 5 megapixel camera. It will be powered by Android’s smartphone-optimized operating system, Gingerbread, with the HTC Sense UI slapped on top of Android.
Accessories include a docking system that transforms the smartphone into an alarm clock. It will come with an armband, which keeps the phone on you at all times. You never need to listen to tunes in your vehicle on a separate audio system. The Rhyme comes with its own car speaker. It allows you to enjoy more form wireless freedom with a Bluetooth headset. Lastly, it includes a charm that alerts you of incoming calls and text messages by glowing. You will find all of these accessories in the box from O2.
